Glamourpuss will make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly and safety.

Shipping Policy:
Currently we are offering free delivery in Singapore. All items are sent via registered post. Local deliveries take approximately 2-4 days depending on the time and date of your order. ie., No dispatch for orders taken on the weekends and public holiday, but will be dispatched the next working day.

For international shipping, all items are sent via 'speedpost sea' and takes approximatley 2-8 weeks depending on your location. We can also check its progress in our system during the shipping time. Should you wish to have your items within seven days or wish to have it insured, this can be arranged, please email daniela@glamourpuss.com.sg for more shipping information and costings for these additonal services.

You will need to quote the email that you ordered with and your payment confirmation email. From here we will check our records and promise to get back to you within 24 hours.

Orders can be sent to your residential or work address but if work, please advise under SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS so we can mark it in the full name of your company and also PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL.

There are no P&P charges for local Singapore deliveries however international will be charge at the local P&P rates and will be clearly stipulated on your order confirmation before making the payment.

Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day and any orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following working day. This will also apply for orders received on a long weekend in Singapore.

Gift wrapping can be organized for your goods with a brief glamourpuss card. Charges for this service will be set up accordingly and rates for this will be stipulated clearly in the payment page.

Glamourpuss will ensure all goods are in fabulous condition and sealed before sending to you. All products will be quality checked before dispatch and we take no responsibility for broken or damaged goods once they are have been opened and used. We have a no return policy.
